The place is under renovation… Our room smelled like sewage… When I brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk, he said what do you expect? It’s a 40-year-old Hotel what do you want me to do about it… We got a new room That smelled musty but not of sewage… Carpets are old, worn and very musty. The place is a dump. . The breakfast in the morning was not too bad, but the eating area was very dusty and under construction.

Really pleased with my stay. I was able to check in early and was given 2 bottles of water and a snack when I got there. The room was clean and spacious. The only issue was with the shower, as it was hard to activate the shower head from the faucet. It took 3 trys before the suction stuck and allowed the shower to start. I was very pleased with the size of the room and the breakfast offered. The location is great and there's decent parking. No complaints other than the showe. I would stay here again!

Very outdated hotel, the bed was uncomfortable, the breakfast wasn't good at all and the lady working that Saturday was rude. The lady working on Sunday was sweet. We asked Nick at the front desk for a late check-out, and he refused. We always stay at Hampton Inn wherever we go, and they always let us do the late check-out.I will never stay at that location again

Our room was full of mold. On the curtains, Air Conditioner, etc... you could smell it everywhere, the second you walked onto the room. The room even had a placard stating "cleaned and checked by Felicia"... We of course got a new room, but it's difficult to get all your stuff up to a room, unpack just to turn around and need to pack it back up and move. The new room wasn't much better. This one had a broken shower head, stained towels, and the Air Conditioning didn't work very well. Most interactions with the Staff were ok, EXCEPT those that were serving the "free breakfast". When we asked if there was anymore eggs, or had any question, we were treated as an inconvenience. There was no misscommunication, they didn't want to talk to you, or help, or answer anything. We got eye rolls and prolonged sighing for the simplest request. We were still fixing plates for the kids, and they were hurrying up to remove all the food the second it was 9:30. It wouldn't be too much trouble to just let us finish plating the kiddos food? When we stepped out for the day, we left the "do not disturb" placard on the door, but upon returning, housekeeping had CLEARLY entered... not the biggest deal, but still odd. Even the Certification for the elevator was expired.. it dropped a couple inches everytime we entered it. We just ended up taking the stairs. We usually stay at Marriotts of some sort, Stayed at the Hilton this time because it was more convenient and a few dollars cheeper, we won't be making that mistake again. It really felt like we were at a Motel 6 or Red Roof, or some other crummy chain. Avoid this place, it's old, moldy, unsafe, and the staff don't really want you there anyway.
